Do It Yourself Search Engine Optimization by using respected article directories for sales, help people discover your site, and provide backlinks for the search engines to evaluate how high your rank should be.
Submitting well written articles on your topic is one of the best ways available to help establish your credibility in a given field or niche. Not only does having unique articles, written by you, add credibility to you but also helps establish “authority” in the search engines eyes: Search engines view content found on sites like these, “citations”. Look at having an article published on high traffic article directory as if it were a “footnote” in a text book. Publish the same article on your website/blog and the article directory having the same article serves as a “citation”
The article directories listed here (as of this writing Jan. 11, 2010) provide a way for you to see what has been approved, what is awaiting approval, some even list “problem articles” allowing you to correct what ever it is they didn’t like.
Some SEO consultants and webmasters interested in SEO seem to worship the concept of Google Page Rank… it is AN indicator, not the “be all and end all”…

To say Article Content King has no follow links in the article resource is misleading. Yes we do add nofollow to all links in the articles, but this is done to actually strengthen the back link that the author gets from the site. Please read this post for a full explaination

My research shows me that no follow is a myth, all incoming links are valuable. it’s not a good idea to blindly ignore the no follow ones.
