A Frederick Moving Company would be smart to include a Mission Statement like this one I found from a high traffic moving company site that specializes in another state:

Our Mission Statement
… exists to provide excellent service and value to its relocation customers while maintaining our uncompromising principals as we grow. The following guidelines will help us measure the appropriateness of our decisions:
Provide a great work environment and treat each other with respect and dignity.
Embrace diversity as an essential component of the way we do business.
Ensure that our customers are getting excellent value for their relocation—whether it’s a basic move or full service and ensure that Shleppers does not compete on price with companies that offer inferior service and value to customers.
Conduct our business with the highest moral and ethical standards.
Contribute positively to our community and our environment.
Recognize that profitability is essential to our future success.

Historians think that Frederick County Maryland  is probably named for Frederick Calvert, 6th baron Baltimore.

Frederick, a northern part of mid Maryland, was settled in either 1745 or 1748, depending on which reference you research.

The surrounding areas that are now Montgomery County MD and Carroll County MD where, at that time, a rich corn and wheat growing area as well as a productive dairy producing area.

The City of Frederick, on a tributary of the Monocacy River,  was an important trade and shipping center to the agricultural produced by local farmers.

The City of Frederick has several churchs that have been there since the 1700’s and early 1800’s.

Through the late 1800’s Frederick County became home to manufacters of hardware, pumps. During the Civil War, Frederick city fathers paid a $200,000 ransom to the Confederate General Early, who took the money and won the battle of Monocacy and entered Frederick anyway!

After the Civil War, manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment, control devices, biomedical products found Frederick Maryland home.

Hood College opened it’s doors in Frederick in 1893, the US Army’s BioMedical Center in Fort Detrick is in Frederick County Maryland as well.

What is now Carroll County Maryland was once part of Frederick, it’s commonly said that Francis Scott Key was born in Frederick… he was, but his birth place is actually located in Keymar MD (not in Frederick County, not today anyway).

Francis Scott Key did practice law in Frederick, before moving his law practice to Georgetown Washington DC. Francis Scott Key wrote our countries National Anthem – “The Star Spangled Banner”.
